- comments: observed over 20 small live flies on wall behind front prep/service area and (5) small live flies in rear dishwashing area. Instructed to remove, clean and sanitize the affected areas. Recommend to call licensed pest control for service. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020 (a) citation issued

- comments: instructed to refinish or replace cutting board with deep seams on top of prep cooler in front prep/service area.
48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: found no irreversible registering temperature indicators or test strips/stickers were provided to measure the surface temperature (160 f) of utensils/plates (high temperature dishmachine with gauge reading 180f). Instructed manager to provide surface temperature test strips or irreversible (surface) registering thermometer to take the temperature of the water inside high temperature dishmachine.
