- comments: observed approximately 10-15 small flies in dish area near 3-comp sink. Observed approximately 7-10 small flies in rear dry storage area leading to exterior door. Instructed person in charge to clean and sanitize area and suggested contacting pest control for service. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed excessive build up of grime and grease on and around grease trap area. Instructed person in charge to clean and maintain area.
