- comments: observed self-service cooler at 48. 0 f containing time/temperature controlled foods including 15 deli meat sandwiches at 49. 9f valued at $80, salad with chicken at 49. 9 valued at $10, and 10 at 50. 1f yogurts valued at $30. Voluntarily discarded all food by manager, and a cooler was tagged. Priority violation 7-38-005

- comments: observed approximately 20 ants on the floor of the service area. Must contact pest control and eliminate activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020 (a)

- comments: observed cracked and broken floor tiles in rear in front of dish machine. Observed floor tiles in need of new grout in front service area. All floors must be restored to a smooth, easily cleanable condition and maintained.
