Report date: Jan 14, 202210. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: found no hot water at multiple handwashing sinks throughout the facility at time of inspection. Water is at 85f in the rear employee restroom, 60f in the breakroom, 57f in the public family restroom, and 70-80f in the mens public restroom. Must provide hot water with a minimum temperature of 100 f and maximum of 120 f at all handwashing sinks. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed missing handwashing signage at both front and rear employee restroom handwashing sinks. Must provide.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: found a mold-like substance growing on the gaskets of the 2-door true cooler located inside starbucks. Must clean and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: found low pressure at the breakroom handwashing sink. Found the front employee restroom handwashing sink to be slow draining. Found the 1st handwashing sink on the right in the womens restroom to be inoperable. Must repair all handwashing sinks and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: found old spilled milk underneath the milk racks in the dairy walk-in cooler. Must clean and maintain.
