- comments: previous priority foundation violation from report #2585950 11/29/23 not corrected #38-6-501. 111 :still observed evidence of appx. 130 or more mice droppings in bar area-along ledges on underside of bar and on railings in lower cabinets at bar. Basement- on floor behind ice machine,on both ledges underneath leading down stairs,on staircase leading to dirt area and mixed in with dirt, scattered on shelving units throughout all sections of basement,on top of pillars,on top of unused cambro. Must remove droppings clean & sanitize areas. Must have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 12/6/23. (priority 7-42-090)(citation issued)
