- comments: 5-202. 12(a) observed inadequate hot water at both of the handwashing sinks located in the toilet rooms, hot water temperature on reach 55f during the inspection. Instructed to repair so that hot water maintained at 100f at all times. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-030(c).

- comments: 6-202. 13 observed a cage trap set under the low-temperature dish machine. Instructed to remove and only allow the licensed pest control operator to install all pest control devices.

- comments: 4-601. 11(c) observed the exterior of the small refrigeration and freezer unit with accumulated grease debris. Instructed to clean.

- comments: 5-204. 12 unable to locate the backflow prevention device on the ice machine located in the basement. Instructed to locate or provide.

- comments: 5-501. 17 observed no covered receptacle inside of the toilet rooms. Instructed to provide.

- comments: 6-501. 12 observed accumulated food and dirt debris on the floors under and around the shelves and small refrigerators and freezers located at the front customer counter/front food prep area. Observed accumulated dirt debris on the walls behind the dish machine. Instructed to clean all.
