- comments: no hot water found at any of the sinks (handwashing, 3-compartment or mop) temperature was 51. 8f. Instructed to provide and maintain hot water with a minimum of 100f at the hand-washing sinks and 110f for the 3-compartment sink. Priority 7-38-030(c) citation issued

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: there is a leak at the base of the first faucet and the secound faucet is in poor repair (taped up) on the 3-compartment sink. Instructed to fix the faucets and maintain.

58. Allergen training as required
- comments: pic with the cfm certificate has no allergen training certificate. Instructed to have all cfms obtain and maintain a valid allergen training certificate.
