- comments: rodent activity found on premises. Observed 80 to 100 mouse droppings on premises on the floor in rear area under shelf, in washroom under sink inside cabinet, along floor in washroom and rear dishwashing area, under front serving counter and inside cabinet where self serve soda machine sits in lobby area. Instructed to clean and maintain all areas and have pest control company service prior to reinspection next week. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: observed front entrance door not completely rodent proofed as required; instructed to install a door sweep at the bottom of the door to avoid possible rodent entry.

- comments: instructed to clean the area under front service counter for particles, dirt and mouse droppings.

- comments: instructed to clean the floors in all areas where mouse dropping observed and maintain.
