I ate an spicy Italian footlong sub with Italian herbs and cheese bread(toasted), pepperjack cheese, onions, green peppers, spinach, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, mayo, Chipotle southwest sauce , black pepper and salt, and finally two smores cookies. I have not eaten anything else yesterday except food from that place. I just vomited 10 mins ago. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
