2/11 around 8:30 pm had a six inch American cheese & Steak sandwich on Italian bread w/ lettuce, tomato, onions spinach banana peppers within an hour severe vomiting diarrhea throughout night into morning. Missed work due to lack of sleep and continued spells of diarrhea and stomach muscle cramping. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
