- comments: found the rear prep handwashing sink not maintained. Sink is inoperable; water was turned off below at pipes upon arrival. When water is turned on; water leaks through the pipe below. Must repair. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: found old soda residue inside the cabinets underneath the pop machine. Must clean and maintain.

- comments: found a hole in the wall underneath the rear prep handwashing sink. Must repair.
