- comments: observed the two long cutting boards at the front sandwich prep stations with deep cutting grooves. Instructed to replace as a means of preventing possible contamination of foods prepared in the area.

- comments: observed the the door handle of the womens restroom with a loose/broken door handle with duck tape on the inside. Instructed to repair and maintain.
