- comments: 2-door cooler in front prep area unable to maintain proper cold holding temperature; ambient temperature 54. 0f with excessive ice accumulation on inside. Cooler tagged and held for inspection at this time. Instd not to use until reinspected by cdph and repaired to maintain 41f or below at all times. Citation issued 7-38-005

- comments: 3-compartment sink improperly draining, waste water with food debris immediately backing up from drain onto floor when water being drained (one basin at time). Instd to repair sink to drain properly without waste water backing up and accumulating onto floor. Plastic wrapped around air gap. Instd to remove plastic from around air gap. 7-38-030(c) priority. Citation issued

i know that some subways do NOT follow hygiene practice. i once saw a staff member cutting the tomatoes into a BIN BAG rather than where they were supposed to, on a chopping board on the counter
