- comments: observed broken lever on soap dispenser at handwashing sink located at rear food prep/dishwashing area. Instructed to replace and maintain.
16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed black slimy substances on interior water components of the ice maker,dripping into ice 'ice is used for human consumption'. Instructed management to turn off machine, remove ice and have interior of ice machine cleaned and sanitized and maintain. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005,citation issued.
36. Thermometers provided & accurate
- comments: observed no thermometer inside the 2 door cooler underneath the microwave oven. Instructed to provide and maintain an accurate,working thermometer inside said cooler.
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed a food handling employee without a food handler certificate. Instructed manager to show proof of training for all food handling employees.
