8 year old son ate veggie sub on white (lettuce pickle cucumber and banana pepper) at 1:30 pm, stomach cramps started at 6 and vomited all night. Banana peppers were still whole in vomit | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
