Veggie Sandwich Nausea Alert - Subway, Irving Texas

On 8/19 at 1:45 pm. I got a veggie sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese with cheddar cheese. I got all veggies (spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, olives, pickles, Cucumbers, Green Peppers) and regular mustard.

I ate half of the sandwich immediately and saved the other half. I was nauseated from 2:00pm until 7:15pm and at 7:15pm I threw up. I continued to be nauseated until 9:45pm when I got home and took anti nausea medicine. Today, 8/20 I feel mostly better just have a sore stomach. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Soreness
