My fiancee and I ate at subway on 4/12 between 6:30-7:00 pm. We both became ill before or around 12:00 am. I had a vegetarian sandwich: Italian herb and cheese with provolone, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell pepper, olives, pickles and Peperoncini. My fiancee had a turkey sandwich on Italian herb and cheese with lettuce, bell pepper, Olive, Peperoncini and ranch. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
