Foot long Italian herb and cheese Black Forest ham with pickles, green peppers, onions and mayo. Had it for lunch by 4pm had a stomach ache and just felt off. Got home at 9 with cramping and feverish chills. Woke up the next day with diarrhea and vomiting up just pickles despite having eaten after the sub. Pickles expelled, felt much better. Someone should check out that vegetable cooler....got pickles because the lettuce was clearly half brown. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
