I had a steak sub with lettuce, tomato, peppers & onions on white bread. The steak appeared to be dried out and the lettuce had brown spots. Unfortunately, I ate it anyway. Two or three hours after eating there, I began throwing up, had severe diarrhea and headaches. I thought it was just a stomach bug & blew it off. I was sick for 2 days. Six days after getting sick, no other person that I came in contact with got sick. It wasn't a stomach bug. The only thing it could have been was food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache
