We think it was Hormel Pepperoni 1 person got sick after eating these pepperonis. Extreme stomach pains for the last 4 days, extreme diarrhea. Hurting to the point of crying  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I got (2) 8 piece cheesy tots and a medium fry. A couple of hours later I started getting severe stomach cramps and nausea. Then I woke up multiple times throughout the night vomiting and having diarrhea.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
