Last night December 19th around 6:15 pm I stopped at this Subway. I had not ate all day since breakfast so I’m 100% subway is the reason. I ordered a foot-long sweet onion chicken teriyaki, with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, black olives, red onions, mayo and sweet onion sauce. 2 hours after eating I felt very nauseous vomited everything up and have been every hour since 8pm it’s now the next day and it’s almost 5:00 am and I have a fever I have never felt this sick in my whole entire life | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
