- comments: observed hand washing sink not accessible for hand washing in prep and washroom areas. Hand washing sink in poor repair and not draining inside washroom. Instructed manager to repair hand washing sink and maintain. Observed package of meatballs stored inside hand washing sink in rear prep area. Instructed manager to remove all items from hand washing sink. Hand washing sink shall be accessible at all times for proper handwashing. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.
