- comments: observed hand washing sinks water temperature in boy's and girl's toilet rooms ranging from 89. 8f-90. 3f and all pre- k classrooms hand sink in class and toilet rooms ranging from 82. 4f-93. 4f. Must have a minimum of 100. 0f for hand washing. Must provide hot running water and maintain. (priority 7-38-030(c)(no citation issued)

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 20 or more mice droppings in pre-k room 101 & 103 closet in between massive clutter could be a possible harborage area and on floor behind bottled water & mirror in pre-k 102. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Elevate and organize massive clutter from floor in closets. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 3/4/21. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(no citation issued)
