Severe Pad See Ew Reaction - Sukhothai Bistro, Houston Texas

I picked up a to go order of pad see ew at Sukhothai Bistro on Thursday after work, a local restaurant that I frequent. I ate a small amount (mostly broccoli) and refridgerated. I took some for lunch the following day to eat at work (and refridgerated). I ate a small amount and noticed while eating that a piece of pork was very salty and tasted a little off. I was working while eating and just didn't think about it again. About a half hour after eating lunch a wave of nausea and dizziness came over me like a bolt of lightening. Followed by my entire body became soaked with sweat. I went into the ladies room to remove my clothes as I was dripping in sweat everywhere. I could barely stand up from the dizzieness. And then the cramping started like daggers in my stomach. I was sitting on the floor in the bathroom wiping the sweat off with severe cramping and my head was pounding. I thought I was literally dying and thought that I would be dead and no one would know until they came into the bathroom. I thought I was never going to see my family again. All these thoughts and fears and the pain was horrible. I finally got myself up and got back to my office and people came to help me. That's when I started throwing up violently, everything!! The food had not even digested. Everything that came up was whole pieces. Even a probiotic that I had taken right before eating came up whole! The vomiting was horrible. Then came the diarrhea. I was so weak and in pain that I could not get off the floor. I was taken to the ER where they said I was almost delirious. I was begging for water but they wouldn't give it to me because i threw up everything. I had thrown up water on the ER floor while sitting in the wheelchair. They gave me a shot in my back for the cramping and IV fluids and IV anti nausea meds, and blood work. I was there for a few hours. That night I got sick again at home. It has been 5 days and I still cannot eat solid food and still have diarrhea and nausea. I have meds but the anti nausea meds (Zofran) don't really help. I called the restaurant and as a regular customer that really liked the people there, I told them what happened. They first said the owner would call me back. I never heard back so I called again. I spoke to the manager who said that she would call me back. She returned my call and I repeated my story and told her that I thought they should cover my ER bills. I have insurance and didn't pay anything yet, but expect bills from the doctor, facility and blood work, IV's, etc. I didn't ask for them to cover the 3 prescriptions or the time I missed work, or all the other disgusting things I've been through. I live alone and had to have some things from the grocery store (tea, gatorade) delivered as well I had to have the meds delivery as I could barely make it out of bed. It's hard enough to just keep running to the bathroom. She then told me that I didn't get sick from their food, that I wouldn't have gotten sick so fast, and that I have no proof. I honestly was really insulted. I guess I was naive in thinking that they would do the right thing. I am disgusted that after going through all this, the manager talked to me as though I was running a scam or something. Anways, I have reported them to the health department. I am awaiting my blood work results so I know what it is that is causing this havoc on my body.
