Instructed to refinish or replace damaged or stained cutting boards and maintain at all times. #49 observed grease buildup on cooking equipment, walls, surrounding floors in the kitchen/prep areas. Instructed to degrease, clean and sanitize. #55 observed water stained ceiling tiles throughout the facility. Instructed to replace the stained ceiling tiles. Priority foundation. 7-42-090. No citation issued.
