- comments: no procedure in place for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events. Instd to provide procedure and necessary supplies effective againing norovirus and maintain on site. Priority foundation 7-38-010

- comments: no hand washing sink easily accessible to rear prep (with cooking equipment and 3 compartment sink). Must provide a dedicated, exposed hand washing sink in this room with hot/cold water adequate city pressure, soap and paper towels, and a handwashing sign. Must install and maintain same. Priority foundation violation. Citation issued 7-38-030(c).

- comments: opened deli meats and cheeses not properly labeled, dated. Refrigerated, ready to eat tcs food prepared and held for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked to indicate the day or date by which food shall be sold or discarded for a maximum of 7 days.
