10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: 6-301. 14: observed no handwashing signage at handwashing sink in women's washroom. Instructed to post clearly visible signage at all handwashing sinks used by food employees that notifies food employees to wash their hands.

- comments: 3-302. 12: observed white food containers with rice and pasta in rear of prep area not labeled with common name of food. Instructed to label all containers of food with common name when food is not in original container.

Instructed to restore hot water to right side handwashing sink in men's washroom and maintain. (note: there is one other properly functioning handwashing sink in said washroom). Observed no hot water pressure at one compartment sink in rear prep area. Instructed to restore hot water to one compartment sink in rear prep area and maintain.

Priority violation 7-42-090 citation issued. Observed missing grout in between tiles in dishwashing area. Instructed to smoothly replace missing grout in between tiles in dishwashing area for ease of cleanability.
