Fish tacos or steak Street tacos I got the food at around 12:30pm and ate two fish tacos and potato holes with cheese and sour cream and then ate 1 steak street taco and then around 3pm I was waiting to get my tire fixed at local tire shop and I started feeling warm and sweating and it was 37 degrees outside this day. I didn't think much of it. Then in way home after tire shop my stomach started hurting very bad. It was cramping and feeling bloated and I was nauseous and felt weak and headache. I got home around 4pm and immediately ran to my bathroom and started violently throwing up and I never throw up. I dont recall the last time I had thrown up. It had been atleast a couple years prior to this that I recall throwing up. I could not stop for almost 20 mins this first time. I felt line death by this time and thought a bath may help. So I ran water and crawled into the bath and then I felt nauseous again so leaned over to the toilet and proceed to vomit on and off for the next 30 mins. Then I started getting blurred vision and headache got worse and I started getting the extreme chills. I was in warm bath water so everytime I tried to try and get out of the bath I was stopped by the extreme coldness I would feel. It's the coldest I ever felt.
