- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings scattered on floor in corners, along wall bases and on some storage shelves in the following prek/k storage closets: 106, 112, 114, 119. Over 20 mice droppings noted in storage closet near lunchroom. Extreme clutter and stock on floor in storage room 121 , unable to access area. Instd to remove all droppings, clean and sanitize affected areas and remove all clutter/elevate all stock in storage rooms. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a).

- comments: missing exterior kick plate/bottom door trim of walk in cooler exposing insulation. Instd to repair same so as surface to smooth, non porous and easily cleanable
