Inspectors found significant food safety violations involving temperature control. Several cold foods that require refrigeration, including yogurt, heavy whipping cream, and Lactaid milk, were being held above the required 41°F limit, with temperatures ranging from 45.5°F to 55.9°F. The manager discarded about 55 pounds of food valued at $98, and a citation was issued.Inspectors also found a glass-door cold holding unit in the rear prep area operating at 47.3°F, above the required temperature for safely holding cold foods. The unit was tagged for inspection, and a citation was issued. In addition, some self-service packaged foods, including parfaits and pastries, were missing required labels with information such as the food name, ingredients, and source.
