Salmon Sandwich Sickness Suspected - Tesco, England

Wednesday 08/03/23 13h00ish - got a salmon & cream cheese sandwich meal deal (salmon being suspected source) for lunch, also a feta and sundried tomato pasta pot (less likely source). That night: exercised, felt weak, got home shivering cold and muscle aches. Took 2 paracetamol not knowing what it was. Woke up 02h00 first round of being sick, continually through the night and body aches like never experienced. Diarrhoea started Friday morning continuously until present (currently Saturday 11/03/23) … body aches and shivers sporadically. Not been sick since Thursday but holding it down as constantly feel I could be. 1 bowl of porridge & half a can of soup consumed since salmon on wednesday | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Body Ache, Other, Weakness, Muscle Pain
