Salad Suspected in Illness - Texas Roadhouse, Coeur d'Alene Idaho

My girlfriend and I had dinner at this establishment last evening around 7pm, we received 3 thing from here, 1) great service, 2) good food (all things considered) and finally #3) my very 1st case of food poisoning! Roughly 2 hrs after finishing our meal we both became violently ill with the following symptoms, nausea, diarrhea, headache, chills, bodyaches and last but not least acid reflux! Not quite 18 hrs into this and most of these symptoms persist. My dinner was 1/2 rack of ribs, corn, steamed vegetables. My girl friend had the 8oz NY, loaded baked potato, green salad with ranch dressing, bread rolls and butter, we split both of our meals. The best we can figure it is the meat and veggies were hot enought to kill most bacteria leaving the salad to be the culprit that led to the food poisoning. I believe something here is in need of a seriously cleaning | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Acid reflux, Body Ache
