- comments: observed no written employee health policy on the premises. Management instructed to have a signed employee health policy for each employee. Priority foundation 7-38-010.

- comments: observed no consumer advisory disclosure and reminder statement on the menu for raw or undercooked foods. Management instructed to disclose or describe which foods can be ordered raw or undercooked and link those items to a reminder statement on the menu. Priority foundation 7-38-005.

- comments: clean the exterior of the stove and interior and exterior of the deep fryers.

- comments: repair the leak under the exposed hand washing sink in the prep area.

- comments: previous core violations from report #2355866 on 12/24/19 not corrected: 39 - no splash guard at kitchen exposed hand sink and 3 compartment sink on one side and prep cooler on another side. Must install a washable splash guard. 58 - noted certified food managers on duty with no allergen training certification. Instructed management that all food service managers are required to have the allergen training certification. Priority foundation 7-42-090.
