- comments: 4-903. 11(a;c)--- all stored items throughout the facility all storage and prep areas must be elevated from the floors.

- comments: : 6-201. 11---floors in the following area with dirt and debris. Throughout the rear storage room. ----wall above the rear prep oven with excessive grease and stained. Must clean and maintain.

Repair/replace with smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent material. #55- detail clean floor at the front coffee area under the serving counter, under the compartment sink and oven area.
