Ice is used for human consumption. Instructed to clean, sanitize and maintain unit. #47-: must not use milk crates as a means of elevation for stored items. #47- some cutting boards at prep cooler at oven area with dark stains and deep cuts,must refinish or replace said cutting boards. #47-: wood panels under the serving front counter no easily cleanable. Repair/replace with smooth,cleanable and non-absorbent material. #55- detail clean floor at front coffee area under the serving counter,under three compartment sink and oven area. Clean and maintain. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
