- comments: noted approximately 5 lbs cooked eggs being held hot in a hot holding unit at an improper temperature of 125. 6f. Reviewed hot holding requirements. Eggs discarded. Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: no current pest control service or service report for the establishment. The last service report dated 8-12-22. Reviewed pest control service requirements of twice per year. Must provide a recent service and report by a licensed pest control co. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(c) citation issued.

- comments: refrigeration stored in the hallway next to the washrooms with customer access must be protected from the public. Recommend keeping doors locked when not in use.

- comments: previous core violations from report #2561982 on 8-11-22 not corrected. #10-- soap dispenser install by three compartment sink must be relocated by the hand washing sink. #10-: provided handwashing signage at hand washing bowl in prep/dish room,also at washbowl inside the washroom. #16-: interior of ice machine compartments not clean (interior top ). Ice is used for human consumption. Instructed to clean, sanitize and maintain unit. #47-: must not use milk crates as a means of elevation for stored items. #47- some cutting boards at prep cooler at oven area with dark stains and deep cuts,must refinish or replace said cutting boards. #47-: wood panels under the serving front counter no easily cleanable. Repair/replace with smooth,cleanable and non-absorbent material. #55- detail clean floor at front coffee area under the serving counter,under three compartment sink and oven area. Clean and maintain. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
