- comments: observed rodent activity on premises. Found 100 or more mouse droppings in the basement area of the bakery on the floor in various areas. Also observed droppings in the kitchen area of the bakery by the ovens and sandwich prep area. Instructed to clean all areas and recommended pest control service establishment prior to reinspection next week. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.
