- comments: observed cooked pasta in walk-in cooler as well as 2-door cooler held at inadequate temperatures ranging from 45 f - 50 f. Instructed manager to ensure all cold tcs foods are held at 41 f and below. A priority violation 7-38-005 citation was issued.

- comments: observed working bottle of blue chemical not labeled with common name of chemical. Instructed manager to ensure any container used for storing toxic or poisonous materials are labeled with common name. The manager labeled chemicals as glass cleaners. Priority violation 7-38-015 citation issued.

- comments: observed broken gasket on freezer chest in basement. Instructed manager to ensure all cooler and freezer gaskets are in good condition.
