Montauk Sandwich Illness Report - The Provisioner New York Deli, North Kingstown Rhode Island

3 years ago reported by user-prck5242 business

The Provisioner New York Deli, Post Road, North Kingstown, RI, USA

7669 Post Road, North Kingstown, 02852 Rhode Island, United States

I ate the Montauk sandwich which has turkey, cheese, mayonnaise, tomato and it’s heated on ciabatta bread. When we picked it up it was warm we ate it within an hour and intense and sudden nausea, diarrhea and vomiting symptoms appeared about 10 hours later and lasted for several hours. The only other thing I ate that day was some 365 brand lemon hummus from Whole Foods and some homemade jam from seven stars bakery on a piece of bread. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
