Food Safety Report: Torchy's Tacos, North Guadalupe Street, San Marcos, TX, USA.

Torchy's Tacos, North Guadalupe Street, San Marcos, TX, USA

301 North Guadalupe Street, San Marcos, 78666 Texas, United States

My son ate here around 5-6pm on December 12th, had a few beers and a MR. ORANGE Taco made with
BLACKENED SALMON, GRILLED CORN & BLACK BEAN RELISH, COTIJA CHEESE, CILANTRO & A LIME WEDGE WITH AVOCADO SAUCE ON A CORN TORTILLA. This was all he had besides a starbuck's latte coffee mid day. 7 hours later he was violently sick -both ends- for HOURS., shaky, slight fever, continuous nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Management apologized and stated no one else had reported being poisoned. Does everyone call when they get sick?? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
