- High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed 80 pounds of pork carnitas meat held at 59F in walk in cooler. Operator stated meat came in the prior day. **Warning**
- High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed outside hose Bibb with no backflow preventer. **Warning**
