- comments: observed 15 small flies in the basement of the facility near dry storage. Instructed manager to minimize small fly activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: observed storage cooler outside in garden/ patio area. Instructed manager to install lock to prevent contamination by non-employees.
