- comments: observed several bags of chips gnawed by mice and displayed for sale. Instructed manager to discard. Priority foundation 7-38-005 citation issued

- comments: found bulk storage containers in kitchen not labeled with the name of the product inside of the container; instructed to label and maintain.

- comments: front entrance door not completely rodent proofed at the bottom; instructed to seal 1/4 inch gap at bottom of the door; recommended installing a door sweep.

- comments: observed milk crates used as shelving in storage areas. Instructed manager to remove milk crates and provide adequate shelving for easy cleaning and pest control.

- comments: observed leaking from the pipe at the utility sink; instructed to repair leaking. Observed cold water handle missing on hand washing sink in washroom. Instructed manager to replace and maintain.

- comments: previous priority foundation violation not corrected from report #2597105 on 7-8-24:38-observed over 100 mice droppings scattered on shelving units under tshirts, behind front counter, on tobacco shelves, inside chip trays, on bottom of prep tables, on top of nacho cheese containers, on breading containers, on condiment shelves, on pallets, on floors along walls and corners in front counter, prep, dish washing, storage, washroom and office areas. Observed live mouse jumping on shelving units behind front counter. Observed numerous flying insects in rear storage areas. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority 7-42-090 citation issued
