- comments: found bulk storage containers in kitchen not labeled with the name of the product inside of the container; instructed to label and maintain.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed rodent activity on premises. Found 70 or more mouse droppings on the floor behind the unused ice cream freezer, in the rear storage room, on the lower shelf in the dishwashing area, on the potato chip storage shelf and floor under that same shelf and on the shelf with the boxed sugar. Instructed to clean all areas and have pest control service establishment prior to reinspection next week. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: front entrance door not completely rodent proofed at the bottom; instructed to seal 1/4 inch gap at bottom of the door; recommended installing a door sweep.
