- comments: observed a coffee prep station area with a portable hand washing sink in dining room must install a hand washing sink with hot & cold running water plumbed to city plumbing,soap & towels. (priority foundation 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed a gap along bottom of rear door must make tight fitting.
50. Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure
- comments: observed no hot running water on premises at all hand sinks and 3- compartment sink water temperatures were ranging from 75. 2f-78. 1f. Hot running water was restored at above mentioned sinks at 1:55 p. M. Must provide and maintain at all times. (cos)(priority 7-38-030(c)(citation issued)

- comments: observed no water line connection & discharge drain for water at coffee machine observed water coming from a 5- gallon jug with a hose and draining lines into 2x 5-gallon jugs underneath counter. Must connect to city plumbing and maintain.
