Raw Fish Causes Illness - Valentin imperial Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen Quintana Roo

Received an individually prepared White Fish at Mar y Tierra restaurant for lunch around 12:30pm on Monday, February 11, 2019. (there is a grill within that buffet that allows individually prepared fish and shrimp along with their other buffet dishes.)After taking a couple bites and it not seeming to be good taste and was very tough texture and not flaky, asked partner about fish and they immediately saw fish was not cooked throughout. Actually very raw. Stopped eating.
Started feeling a bit nauseated around 5pm and by 7pm had very bad stomach pains.
Was awake all night was nausea, vomiting and diarrhea that continued into around noon the following day (Tuesday). At that time, diarrhea and vomiting had stopped but still felt nauseous for the remainder of the day. Nausea symptoms then very gradually improved in the remainder of the week until finally having a full appetite at the end of the week. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

We (boyfriend and I) got sick in March 2019 (beginning of March). We only ate at VIM & both had to get medication for it.
