- comments: observed evidence of rodent infestation throughout premises with approximately 1500+ droppings noted. Observed dropping all along wall bases in the receiving area, around the bailer, all along the wall where the cat food, dog food, and kitty litter, paper goods, the delivery set up area, under the water, pop shelves, under reach in coolers, under bakery shelves, and in front candy storage room. Ecolab notes activity on last service report. Instructed to clean and sanitize all areas and maintain clean. Contact pest control for service. Priority 7-38-020(a) citation issued

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed all storage shelves for products in need of detail cleaning to remove all food spills, and all produce shelves in need of detail cleaning to remove all sticky spills. Instructed to detail clean and maintain clean.

50. Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure
- comments: observed hot water at hand sink in deli 73f, 3-compartment sink 80f, handsink in public restrooms 72-73f. Instructed manager to maintain hot water at a minimum of 100f (handsinks) and 110f (warewashing sinks) at all times. Maintenance person arrived and adjusted water tank. Water at handsinks now 100f and 3-compartment 115f. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued

- comments: observed leak at ceiling drainpipe above frozen food reach in cooler. Instructed to repair, seal pipe, and maintain. Must remove all food from area with the possibility of contamination.

54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed outside receptacle and surrounding area not maintained. Area in need of detail cleaning to remove all debris and clutter. All unused shelves, plastic pop crates, unused small cooler and display materials. All clutter and container with large amounts of bird feces and rodent droppings. Instructed to clean and area and keep free of rodent harborage. Correct and maintain. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b) citation issued

- comments: observed floors throughout rear stock room, sales floor, and walk in coolers in need of detail cleaning to remove all debris. All floor drains in need of detail cleaning to remove all debris. Instructed to detail clean and maintain.
