- comments: must provide a thermometer for chicken hot holding unit.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 75 or more mice droppings on floor along wall base behind oil & cleaning tabs in deli prep area,on wood ledge next to liquor storage cage,on floor next to hot water tanks,on both sides of receiving desk,on floor next to & on top of grease container in rear receiving area. Appx. 25 or more live small flies flying around in produce prep area,mop sink area,around onions on display on produce sales floor. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 9/28/20. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: must invert multi-use utensils on dish storage shelf in bakery prep area.
