Diarrhea, Vomiting After Lunch - Wawa, Milford Delaware

On Friday, November 3, 2023, around 4:00 P.M., I had a veggie sandwich (custom order/hand-made): marble rye, mayo, lettuce, spinach, cucumber, sweet peppers, pickles, tomato. My six-year-old had a Turkey sandwich (custom order/hand-made): white roll, turkey, lettuce, tomato. (The food in common was lettuce and tomato. For breakfast we had toast and she had a yogurt. We had some small candy bars later in the evening for dessert.)

The next morning we both experienced diarrhea but my six-year-old experienced vomiting and severe stomach pains. She can’t keep anything down. It’s been two days of symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
