At approximately 10:10pm on June 19, 2016 I went to Wendy's for dinner. I had not had anything substantial to eat for the day and what I did have was shared. I ordered a double without cheese. Pickle, mustard, and onion only. I got a biggie sized diet coke and French fries. They were into process of a massive cleaning process and their intercom system was not working. They were experiencing low volume and had to verbally communicate orders and make them at time of order. The cook had to make the burger fast, and perhaps didn't cook to 160°. By 2 am I had sever abdominal pain, gas, and vomiting. Later a low grade fever, listlessness and diarrhea formed. Currently at 5:51pm June 20, 2016 symptoms have began to worsen. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas
